As mentioned above when explaining the commander choice, having this commander allows us to build up a small but accumulating board presence over the course of a game, play lots of untapped dual lands (which is always good especially in a 5-color deck), and pump all of our creatures created with the commander and other creatures we have from the backsides of Battles to swing in for the finish
