1991 pokemon cards Real or Fake? 1991 Fossil set Pokemon cards

Opened them up and the cards look very odd and fake on first glance, a lot of arts from previous sets, but they do have the small pokemon logo on the bottom, seen very high quality, have the right copyright texts and the box looks good as well (found one on ebay)

Hi @eBay, I reported a seller for selling me fake @Pokemon cards, and your system took about 5 seconds to determine they weren't doing anything wrong

Four of the rarest ever Pokmon cards have been graded and confirmed as genuine by Certified Guaranty Company.
